Product Improvement Plans

Product Improvement Plans (PIPs) have become commonplace with the major brands, particularly when a hotel is re-licensed. Frequently these PIPs are extensive and may include work ranging from parking lots to new plumbing or complete room and public space refurbishments. Commonwealth Hotels has successfully negotiated with the brands, bid and sourced the work, and completed total projects on time and on budget.
